You have consistent parking off-street in a courtyard.

Your entry door is the door that faces the driveway. Touch the keypad deadbolt and it will show you some random numbers.  Touch those numbers and the entire keypad will light up.  Enter the last 4 digits of your phone number and the lock will open.  When you leave, touch the keypad then touch the lock symbol.

The house is not child un-friendly, it's just not child-proofed and there are stairs.

There is only one bedroom with a queen bed.  If more than two people need to stay, there is a surcharge.

There is one security camera on the outside of the house aimed at the driveway.

No smoking or vaping indoors or near entrances.

We have roots, family, and friends in the Rocky Mountain region.  We're healthcare workers, remote workers, and workers out in "the patch".  We want you to have a comfortable home away from home.
